We had to be towed enroute to my mother’s 100th birthday celebration. The experienced, wise and kind manager at Los Amigos diagnosed the issue (though the car computer couldn’t), got the parts and stayed late to finish the work and get us on our way!

Went to them for a oil leak he told me where it’s coming from , “fixed it “ called him and said it’s still leaking he said if it’s not coming from where I fixed it then I can’t do anything but the initial problem was that I needed my oil leak fixed I already was paying $1000 so money was never the problem also it wasn’t a splash of oil when I got my car so how do you know it stop leaking . Had my car for 2 weeks , the shop closed down and I didn’t know I left several voicemail saying I didn’t want him to fix my car , comes Monday when they opened he called and said come get my car ! Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!
I had my vehicle towed to Los Amigos and I have to say my level of service was subpar. The lack of communication was very frustrating on top of the wrong parts being ordered which delayed repair of my vehicle for the better part of two weeks. It wasn't as big of a deal as it could have been if I hadn't been on medical leave during that time but this whole debacle kind of ruined the whole point of that. The vehicle took some cosmetic damage when the mechanic did something with the vehicle. He did knock off the price of what had been a pretty expensive repair given the damage. He did at least acknowledge the harm done and I've heard good things about this place from others in the community so I guess nobody's perfect. Nonetheless, the ball was dropped here. 3 stars.
I was referred to Los Amigos after paying double what I was quoted because the "mechanic" had my car (and bought muscle to collect said payment), and having to return a part I was told to buy, but then couldn't catch up with the guy to put it in my car. Los Amigos gave me a great quote and that's what I paid. Some additional work was needed and that was reasonable as well. Fast too - they only had my car just about 3 hours. Oh, and they even towed it! I love this place!! I will be using from now on. I definitely recommend them.
